My coaching plan is designed to guide you through the struggles of weight loss by setting weekly goals for you to hit.  You and I are in constant weekly communication about what you are eating and what your current level of activity and exercise is.  I set weekly calorie and activity goals and monitor your intake and exercise through online tracking systems.

Through this process, you learn how much food you can eat and how much activity you need to burn fat and lose weight efficiently.

The most important part of weight loss is what to do after you have hit your goal.  Most people just go back to eating how they used to when they were overweight, that’s why 90% of people who lose a significant amount of weight in their life gain it all back, and some even more, within 3 -5 years.

I implement a plan for you to be able to eat as much food as possible and be able to maintain your weight loss goal.

I make myself available to you every day in case you have struggles or questions about your plan.  We adjust the plan on a weekly basis according to how you progress.
