I created Genesis Health and Fitness to help people achieve the bodies that they’ve always wanted by using the most effective strategies for fat loss and muscle growth.

With all the fad diets and 6 pack abs in 6 week strategies that are out there, it’s a very confusing time for people who just want to know how to lose fat, how to build muscle and how to look their best.  That’s why I’m here.   I know what it’s like to be morbidly obese and confused about the best ways to lose fat and look great.

I’m a health and human performance major, practicing certified health education specialist, and certified personal trainer.  I’m using my education, research and personal experience to bring you the most efficient methods of losing fat and building muscle.

When it comes to weight loss, I’ve pretty much been through it all.  Low carb, high carb, high protein, low fat, high fat, calorie tracking, food journals, hours of cardio, body weight training, weightlifting.

I’ve experimented and researched just about everything that is out there.  My goal is to cut through the crap and give you the truth about what works and why; what doesn’t work and why.

It’s taken me years of experimentation and education to come to the realization of the best methods for losing fat, while keeping as much muscle as possible.

I wish I would have known what I know now when I started.  I certainly could have reached my goals faster and that’s what I want to help you do.
